Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the installation, training, repair, maintenance and simple clinical support of the company's products;
2. Maintained good communication with sales and agents in the region to solve problems encountered by users in daily use;
3. Regularly carry out quality control, calibration and other maintenance of the user's equipment;
4. Dealt with the problems and complaints of users in using the company's products, and solved them, and fed back to the production and quality control department;
5. Establish good customer relations through user visits and communication, and maintain the increase of single machine consumption;
6. Complete other technical support work arranged by regional sales manager.
Job requirements:
1. More than 1 year of field service experience in medical equipment, can accept excellent fresh graduates;
2. Major in computer, mechanical, biomedical engineering, medical laboratory, etc.
